J. Veronica Biggins directs Diversified Search Group’s Board Practice and Atlanta office operations. Before embarking on her storied career in the executive search industry, Biggins served as Assistant to the President and Director of Presidential Personnel under William Jefferson Clinton. Biggins 20-year career in the banking industry culminated as EVP HR and one of its highest-ranking women.

Biggins serves on the Board of Southwest Airlines and is recognized as a Top 100 U.S. Director by the NACD. She served as Vice Chairman of the U.S. Delegation to the United Nations Fourth World Conference on Women in Beijing, and as Chair of the Czech Slovak American Enterprise Fund, the latter role earning her the Points of Light Award from President George W. Bush. She is an Advanced Leadership Fellow from Harvard, earned her MEd from Georgia State University and BA from Spelman College.
